Juan Valdez is the only brand worldwide that produces coffee for its own brand, representing a confederation of 550,000 coffee growers. (In fact, Juan Valdez is a coffee grower)
Our coffee is produced from 100% Colombian and 100% Arabica beans to ensure the highest quality and taste. (Arabica beans are difficult to grow and maintain, requiring volcanic soil and high altitude. Colombia is the country where the highest quality Arabica beans are cultivated)
Each package contains between 12% and 15% 'peaberry' beans. These beans are known for their superior taste. Naturally mutated and with limited production, these beans have an intense and broad flavor profile.
Only ripe red coffee cherries are hand-picked to obtain the finest quality beans.
Beans are washed with water (without using chemicals) to remove their mucilage.
Beans are dried under natural sunlight in accordance with organic processes. (organic process)
